Evan Kenyon joined Quadshift as its Legal Counsel in 2024. Since 2023, Evan has also served as the Director, Legal Affairs of E360S. Before joining Quadshift and E360S, Evan was a member of several of North America’s leading law firms, where his practice focused on public and private M&A and capital markets transactions, with deal values ranging from less than $10 million to over $1 billion. Evan holds a JD degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and has been admitted to practice in Ontario since 2015.
