Nick brings over 20 years of web based technology experience and a decade of SaaS engineering experience to his role as CTO of Quadshift’s Communication Software Division. At the start of his career, he was at the forefront of the newspaper industry’s transition to digital media. He soon after started a web hosting company, suspecting that the internet was still in it’s infancy and would be transformative in the years ahead. After a successful exit from his first business, he pivoted to a career in the Martech industry working with innovative companies such as Sendlabs and Abacus Enterprises.

He has enjoyed a wide ranging career as an entrepreneur, infrastructure expert, software developer, architect, and engineer founding several additional Martech companies including Layer 2 Media and Ezepo. A consummate problem solver, Nick is constantly acquiring new skills, teaching himself, among other things, 5 programming languages. He has been honored to share his expertise and experience at public speaking engagements throughout his career with various technology companies such as Dyn/Oracle. During the Covid-19 pandemic Nick volunteered his expertise to serve as CTO for a non-profit, The Emotional PPE Project, focused on the mental health of healthcare professionals & first responders.
